1Choose your project.

Start with the surfaces we will paint. Your house wash is counted once, and you can add driveway, pool, or patio cleaning below.

2Measure the surfaces.

Use the outside wall measurements, not the home’s floor area. The labor rate is $1.36 per sq ft for both finish coats combined.

Measure at ground level or use your plans. Include the full wall surface without subtracting normal doors and windows. For irregular homes, add each wall’s length × height and use the surface-area option.

Ceiling area = length × width. The same $1.36 rate covers both finish coats once.

3Choose the finish details.

Finish-paint materials are shown separately at $62 per gallon. The starting gallon allowance follows our recent two-coat estimate and can be adjusted below.

Add Loxon sealer / conditioner$450 application allowance + $49 per gallon. Vidar will confirm suitability and material quantity after assessing the surface. Paint soffit / fascia$450 labor allowance; final length, condition, and paint needs confirmed on site.

Garage door exterior facesEntry / side-door exterior faces

Garage door labor: $375 per exterior face. Entry / side-door labor: $175 per exterior face. Doors and trim are priced only when selected.

My walls need substantial repair or have peeling paintWe will quote repair work after inspection. It is not included in the automatic subtotal.

These are planning quantities, not guaranteed coverage. Texture, porosity, colors, doors, and trim can change usage. Leave a field blank to use the starting allowance; enter gallons if Vidar has supplied a quantity.
