A fresh look taking shape
This home has a mix of stucco, siding, and trim, with the gables giving the exterior plenty of character. These photos show the work in progress, including the siding beneath the upper gable and the trim around the rooflines.
For this project, I’m using Sherwin-Williams Duration in a satin finish. You’re seeing the house partway through its exterior refresh, with the painting still underway.
The details around the rooflines
The smaller sections of siding, edges, and trim all contribute to how the exterior comes together. On a home with several rooflines, those details are especially noticeable.
The wider photo shows how the gables connect with the rest of the house. The closer view brings the upper siding and trim into focus. Both are from the same project in progress.
