Prep & clean
We inspect siding, stucco and trim, address minor cracks, and clean away dirt, mildew, chalking and loose paint. A clean, sound surface gives the new coating a better foundation.
Seal & prime
We choose primer and sealer for the surface and its condition. That can include Sherwin-Williams Loxon® products for suitable masonry or stucco, following the specific product’s application requirements.
Paint & detail
We apply two finish coats with brushes, rollers or sprayers as the job requires. Walls, soffits, trim and doors get careful attention, followed by a final check and cleanup.

Does my whole house need primer?
Not every surface needs the same treatment. Existing paint, exposed material and surface condition guide where we prime and which product we use. We confirm the preparation needed for your home before the work begins.
Is pressure washing part of the process?
Cleaning is the first step shown in this video. We assess the surface and use an appropriate cleaning method before coating. Your project estimate spells out the preparation and cleaning included.
