A fresh start for this beach rental

A lighter look.
From top to bottom.

The deep green walls gave this rental a darker feel. The goal was a clean, bright interior that would welcome vacation guests and complement the beachside setting.

We primed the walls with Sherwin-Williams ProBlock, then applied two full coats of Duration in Extra White. The existing popcorn ceiling was sprayed with Eminence ceiling paint, and the trim and baseboards were repainted with Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel.

The result: a coordinated interior refresh, with attention to the surfaces guests see every day.
