For this garage at Peppertree Condos, we refreshed the concrete ceiling, beams and walls with a clean, consistent painted finish. The project brought a lighter appearance to a practical space that is often overlooked.
Our preparation included Seal-Krete before applying two coats of Sherwin-Williams Exterior SuperPaint. Care around the ceiling beams, wall edges and existing fixtures helped bring the finished space together.

Two coats of Sherwin-Williams Exterior SuperPaint created the fresh white appearance, with attention to coverage around the beams and edges.
