Saetre Paint · Lakewood Ranch, Florida
One remarkable home. Three spaces to explore.
Follow our interior painting work in this 10,000-square-foot Lakewood Ranch home. These three project stories show the master bedroom, entryway and crown molding, and cathedral windows with high ceilings.
Preparation before the finish.
Each room brings different surfaces and access needs. Our project videos show masking, furniture and floor protection, priming, trim work, and painting around the home’s architectural details.
Products used on this project.
The work featured Sherwin-Williams ProBlock primer for walls and ceilings, B-I-N Shellac-Base Primer for trim and window-frame work, Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel, and Duration Interior. Product choices for another home depend on the surfaces, existing coatings and agreed scope.
